By accessing this website, booking a trip, or participating in any activity with Beach Bit Charters, you acknowledge and agree that beach and shark fishing are inherently dangerous activities and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, including but not limited to rough surf, strong currents, waves, slippery sand or rocks, fishing hooks, knives, bait, fishing lines, sharks and other wildlife, puncture wounds, cuts, drowning, severe weather conditions, property damage, serious injury, or death. All participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation, and failure to do so will result in denial of participation without refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Bit Charters shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in any fishing activity, including those resulting from negligence. Fishing success is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued due to lack of fish, weather, surf, tides, or wildlife behavior. Participants are responsible for their own safety, actions, medical care, and insurance and must follow all instructions and safety guidelines; failure to do so may result in removal without refund. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required waiver prior to participation. Beach Bit Charters has no control over weather, surf, tides, wildlife, or beach conditions and reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel activities if conditions are deemed unsafe. By participating, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during activities to be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation. All website content is the property of Beach Bit Charters, third-party links are used at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Bit Charters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
